Senior Penetration Tester
You'll lead engagements end to end  scoping, testing, and writing findings a client's engineering team can actually act on  across web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and internal networks. This is a senior, hands-on-keyboard role, not a management track.
What you'll do
- Run black, grey, and white-box penetration tests across web, API, cloud, and network targets
- Write clear, evidence-backed reports with reproducible steps and realistic remediation guidance
- Present findings directly to client engineering and security teams
- Mentor junior testers and help shape internal testing methodology
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in offensive security or penetration testing
- OSCP, CRTO, or equivalent hands-on certification (or a portfolio that makes the point moot)
- Comfortable scripting exploit tooling in Python, Go, or similar
- Clear written English  the report is the deliverable
